Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for supplier quality management in Brose TAI Plant.
2. Ensure supplier quality management system efficiencies.
3. Pre-analysis and claim confirmation with supplier regarding to the quality problem.
4. Supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
5. Improve channels of communication between Brose TAI and suppliers with problem-solving and resolution.
6. Participate in meetings between suppliers, engineers, and purchasing representatives to facilitate material substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, and economical procurement of parts/equipment.
7. Maintain supplier claims and debits in SAP
8. Report regularly supplier performance data and chart. Track of quality related costs.
9. Internal support each customer team and production team with supplier quality issues, as need.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering, industry engineering or related subjects
2. At least 4 years working experience as the supplier quality engineer in Automotive industry, and focus on mass production phase
3. Be familiar with SAP
4. Good communication skills |
